The class is a 7-cupcake bouquet on a board where I will go through:

* Colouring buttercreams

* Piping nozzles and tips

* How to pipe a rosette swirl

* How to pipe “hydrangea” flowers (including multi coloured buttercream)

* How to make a marshmallow flower

* How to cover a cake board and crimp the edges

* Embossing wording onto the cake board

* How to make a sugarpaste bow

You will be able to choose your own colour scheme and can add any wording you would like onto the board. It doesn’t have to be Mother’s Day related if you don’t want it to!

All classes are held at my home on Soothill Lane, WF17 6ES.

I provide all equipment, bakes and drinks too, so all you need to do is turn up! You’ll be taking your cupcake board away with you along with notes detailing how to do everything we’ll be covering.

A £10 deposit secures your space, the class to be paid in full the week prior (payments can be done in instalments if this is preferred).
