The class is a 6″ cake where I will go through:

* Filling and stacking a cake

* Carving a cake

* Colouring buttercreams

* Covering a cake in a buttercream basket weave pattern

* How to cover a cake board and get a grass effect

* How to make a bunny model

* How to add a handle

Everything will be done by hand, no moulds used!

You will be able to choose your own colour scheme and will be taking the cake away with you on the day.

The class is held in Batley WF17 6ES, it is an all day class so please bring some lunch, though everything else is provided for you – including all tools, cake, buttercream and drinks.

The class is £125, and a £25 deposit secures your space, the class to be paid in full the week prior (payments can be done in instalments if this is preferred). Get in touch if you’d like to book a space!
