The class is based on a 6” cake, where I will go through:

* Filling and stacking a cake

* Carving your cake

* Colouring buttercreams

* Covering a cake in buttercream

* Piping nozzles and tips

* How to pipe different styles and different nozzles

* How to cover a cake board and add impressions to decorate it

* Piping a message onto the top

The attached photos are an example of what you will create (more details can be added if time allows). You will be able to choose your own colour schemes and will be taking the cake away with you on the day to enjoy.

All equipment including the cake and buttercream will be provided for you, all you need to do is turn up! There will also be drinks available throughout the class. This is an all-day class so please do bring some lunch, alternatively there is a sandwich shop within a 5-minute walk.

The class will be held on Saturday 10th February 2024 in Batley (WF17 6ES) between 9am – 5pm (end time may vary) and is £130 per person. A £25 deposit secures your space, the class to be paid in full the week prior (payments can be done in instalments if this is preferred).

Places are limited but I am happy to host additional classes on different days if there is enough interest.
