HISTORIC Cake Decorating Class – Woodland Fox

HISTORIC Cake Decorating Class – Woodland Fox

 This will be done on a 6” polystyrene cake dummy, where I will go through:

* How to cover a cake board

* How to colour sugarpaste

* How to cover a cake in sugarpaste

* How to get the bark effect

* How to make a fox model

* How to make and add flowers / leaves / vines / toadstools etc (time dependent)

* How to safely attach your cake and model

The attached photo is an example of what you will create. We will be focusing on the tree stump and fox, with the remaining details to be added dependent on time.

All equipment will be provided for you, all you need to do is turn up! There will also be drinks available throughout the class. This is an all-day class so please do bring some lunch, alternatively there is a sandwich shop within a 5-minute walk.

The class will be held on Saturday 20th May in Batley (WF17 6ES) between 9am – 6pm (end time may vary) and is £85 per person. A £25 deposit secures your space, the class to be paid in full the week prior (payments can be done in instalments if this is preferred).

Places are limited but I am happy to host additional classes on different days if there is enough interest.
